Regina Coeli

I taught English for several years at the Regina Coeli Language Institute (the nuns of Vught).

I had been there as a student when I was working with a Dutch-based multinational as an expat, and later when I settled in Amsterdam. “You should go to the nuns”, colleagues told me, and they were right. It was a great place to learn Dutch as a beginner.

Years later I returned to sit on the other side of the table as a self-employed English language trainer. When I later went on to the payroll, I decided not to wind up my sole-trader business, and now I have left the nuns to work for myself again.

I learnt a lot in Vught, both as a student and as a language trainer. I have very happy memories of the place, but I believe that I can deliver you better value operating as B5 Works than I could within the structures of the language institute.
